Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving an item. Contact lanatamabbe532@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can confirm instructions.

Momofuku Goods covers return shipping and provides a prepaid return label. No restocking fee is charged.

Condition and exceptions

Items should be returned in their received condition with included packaging when reasonably possible. Perishable, personalized, hygiene-sensitive, or otherwise non-returnable items may be excluded where permitted by law; this does not reduce rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with order details and supporting information so we can arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require 5–10 business days to display the credit after processing.
